This group may use Indoor Positioning to a.o. optimize internal processes, shorten delivery times (time & delivery management), measure performances etc.
This group clearly will benefit by offering better, more specific, services to customers. In return they will receive valuable information about customer behaviour (data analysis) and will be able to optimize store infrastructure.
This group is comparible to the previous group; Consumer services companies. Here also the main objective is to offer extra consumer services in return for behavioural information, which then will be used again to optimize customer experience.
